Ensure the two jumped pins are correctly located per Beta's wiring diagram. On our test bike (2023 Beta 200RR) connecting Bl (blue) and (Az (Sky Blue) will supply power to your AC headlight. The two jumped pins ensure your headlight receives AC power from your stator for low beam always-on. (Bl) Blue and Ro (Pink) connected together provide high beam always-on.
Molex connector positions 4 and 5 are jumped for low beam always-on.
Molex connector positions 4 and 6 are jumped for high beam always-on.
