Returns
At this time, we do not accept returns. This is highly likely to change in the future. Your continued support will help make that happen. For any questions, you can contact us at info@foxenduro.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not in the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

European Union 3 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for the return shipping.

Damages
Let us know immediately if you received a damaged item. Further information will be gathered to appropriately respond.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not generally accepted. Please reach out with further questions.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
